Voucher AC41 - Terms and Conditions

 

Purchase Terms:


1. To be valid when presented, the voucher must be complete (i.e. in one piece) and good condition. Vouchers which are severely damaged (i.e. heavily creased, severely torn, shredded) to the point that the voucher is unrecognisable will not be accepted.
2. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
3. Please note that vouchers cannot be used with any other special offers, discount tokens, coupons, etc.
4. The voucher expires at the end of March 2011 as it only valid for one year.
5. The voucher cannot be used retrospectively. At the initial place of an order with ACtest Ltd, you must ensure that you mention voucher AC41 at that time. If you mention it further on down the line; unfortunately, the voucher will not be accepted.
6. The promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP £0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.
7. The voucher can only be offset by one person against one transaction at any one time.
8. You must not reproduce in any form the vouchers, and/or the ACtest Limited logo or anything deceptively similar to it. The vouchers and/or Logo may not be used in combination with any other marks, names, words or logos without our prior written consent.
9. If you breach any of these conditions, we may cancel all contracts with you.
10. Purchase and supply will be governed by English law. If we are prevented from performing an obligation under the contract by circumstances outside our control we will be released from that obligation and will not be liable for any failure to perform it.
11. Redemption Terms are detailed below. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Redemption Terms:
1. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with cash. If a purchase is for a lower amount, no change can be given.
2. The ACtest Ltd name may not be reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of ACtest Ltd. All rights reserved including copyright.
